Corrections

What to include

A useful correction request is specific and verifiable. Include:

  • The exact page URL and heading.
  • The statement or passage in question.
  • A concise explanation of the concern.
  • A stronger source, preferably primary or official.
  • The date you checked the source, when relevant.
Example: “On /pharmacology.html, the paragraph under ‘Medication safety basics’ may need clarification. The FDA label dated [date] states [quote].”

Material corrections are reviewed against the cited source. When a change is made, the page is updated and the revision date is recorded.
